To jam out / splash the water from your palms
It seems not that difficult, just have the water in the space between the 2 palms (palm to palm, folded hands with fingers interlocked), then congest your 2 palms simultaneously but keep loose at the part just under your little finger (circled at the picture below), check the picture below:
then the water will come out, you can splash water to any objects.
